This web site enables an Insurer to monitor and understand the progress of Claims being managed on their behalf by a Loss Adjustor. It is aimed at properties that have suffered from a flood or water leak event.

You can see at a glance progress and the plan of events created and maintained by the Claims supervisor. There is a messaging system that allows everyone involved in the Claim to communicate effectively and maintain timely replies.

ValidatorAssist is a cloud based Ai system that uses IoT senosrs and analytics throughout the restoration process to enable it to be optimised. To find out more go to the Repair Status tab.

Our aim at RBox is to keep all stakeholders informed and to make the restoration process as painless as possible using our state-of-the art equipment and cloud systems.

System Access

To login to the system you will need the email address provided by your claims manager plus the password emailed to you.
